At SERPENT, we take pride in delivering premium-quality Abayas and Sheilas crafted with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and this Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, fragrance, makeup stains, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number and clear images of the product. Once approved, the item must be shipped back in secure packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by SERPENT.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference and payment type. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or receive store credit. Sale items, discounted products, and customized orders are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
Please note that minor variations in color or fabric texture due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.
